CHECKING-IN and GETTING TO YOUR UNIT:

Welcome to North Coast Village, located at 999 North Pacific Street, Oceanside, CA 92054. Your condominium unit is C209. The parking space for your condo is #5-8. You may check in at the Patrol Office after 3:00 pm , 24 hours/day, 7 days a week. The HOA office staff knows that you will be arriving, so they will have keys and a check-in packet ready for you.

When you reach North Coast Village, look for the Patrol Office, a small building which marks the main entrance to the complex. Unless we’ve discussed specific details about an early arrival, please don’t arrive prior to 3:00 pm. Park in the temporary lot located to the left of the Patrol Office. If this lot is full, you may park across the street in the public pay lot for $2.00. Be sure not to park at the curb…The City of Oceanside strictly enforces parking rules! The HOA staff has been informed of your reservation. Staff will either greet you at/near the patrol office or direct you to the HOA office in the center of the complex. Upon check-in, let the staff know that you are staying in Unit C209 for the dates that we have agreed. You will be issued 2 sets of keys (for Unit C209, the parking garage gates and other access doors in the complex) a map of the complex, a parking permit for space 5-8, and miscellaneous other information that will be helpful to you during your stay. Your parking permit must be displayed on the driver’s dashboard at all times! Check-ins can be processed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

Your condo is located on the second floor in “C” building. Your parking space is located on level C2. From the temporary lot, take a right onto Pacific Street. Immediately turn right onto Breakwater Way and then take the 2nd drive/garage entrance to the right. Take a left once inside the garage. Your space (5-8) is about midway down on the right. Be sure to display your parking permit on the driver’s side dash, and DO NOT back into the parking space. For your protections, please lock your vehicle and do not leave valuables in your car.

You will receive a set of keys to your condo and the complex when you check in. The magnetic key card is for all parking garage gates and select gates/doors throughout the complex. Please avoid getting this key card wet as it may damage it! The larger square key is for gates and hallway doors, and smaller key is for the main entrance door to your condo unit C209. Please do not lose these keys. The replacement cost is $75.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OFFICE (HOA):
Please remember that North Coast Village is not a full service resort. Each unit is privately owned and operated. There are no hotel or resort services provided. The HOA handles your check-in process as a service to the condo owners. With the exception of emergencies, please do not impose on the HOA office staff. Non-emergency matters should be referred back to us, the owners of your rental unit. Please feel free to contact us at (949) 303-8215. We will be happy to help you in any way we can.

ACTIVITIES, ASSISTANCE and RULES
You will find more useful information about North Coast Village in the condo. The maroon binder near the phone has a wealth of information on local attractions, restaurants, things to do, popular tourist activities, as well as an Oceanside “Concierge Manual”. Also, you can view a nice intro to North Coast Village on Channel 12 of the TV.

The North Coast Village rules are pretty simple. Be considerate! Late night loud partying, parking in someone else’s spot, and violating occupancy limits are sure to attract attention and issuance of fines. Other not-so-obvious infractions include hanging towels over the balcony railing and backing into your parking spot. Please don’t do it. A video of the North Coast Village Complex can be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmXP9qYceMY. It is a very good video and is very informative about where you’ll be staying.
